Third-party service providers
To deliver our services (invoicing, payments, e-mail, domain management, and support), we work with a limited number of external service providers. Each of them only receives the data needed for the specific service they provide:
- Stripe – processes payments and SEPA direct debit collections on our behalf. This may involve your name, e-mail address, IBAN (entered directly into Stripe's own secure payment form), invoice amount, and invoice, customer, and subscription identifiers.
- Recommand – sends invoices through the Peppol e-invoicing network. This involves buyer and seller details (name, address, VAT number), invoice lines, amounts, and the invoice as a PDF file.
- ClearFacts – our accounting platform, to which sales and purchase invoices are forwarded for bookkeeping, including customer/supplier names, VAT numbers, and amounts.
- Migadu – hosts the mailboxes for our own e-mail domains and those of our customers, and provides the webmail client used by our team. This may involve e-mail content, attachments, and mailbox credentials.
- The European Commission (VIES) – used to validate VAT numbers when a customer registers.
- OVH – our domain name registrar. OVH only handles domain name registration and DNS records for the domains we manage; it is not used for website hosting or data storage.
- Browser push notification services (such as Google, Mozilla, and Apple) – deliver push notifications to our team's devices through the standard Web Push protocol. Only a unique subscription address is shared with these providers, not the content of the notification.
- Google Maps – if you click a map link within our application, your browser opens Google Maps with the relevant coordinates. This is a simple outbound link; we do not embed the Google Maps API, and no data is sent to Google unless you actively click the link.
All other processing – including our website, application servers, and database – takes place on infrastructure that we operate ourselves. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising, or tracking service on this website.
